Physical Standard test

For Men Constable (Civil, AR, SAR, CPL, Special Police, SPF, Fireman)

• 100 Meters Run
  • Qualifying time for General: 15 Seconds.
  • Qualifying Time for Ex-Servicemen: 16.5 seconds.
• Long Jump
  • Qualifying Distance for General: 3.80 Meters
  • Qualifying Distance for Ex-Servicemen: 3.65 Meters.
• Short put (7.26 Kgs)
  • Qualifying Distance for General: 5.60 Meters
  • Qualifying Distance for Ex-Servicemen: 5.60 Meters.
• High Jump
  • Qualifying Distance for General: 1.20 Meters
  • Qualifying Distance for Ex-Servicemen: 1.05 Meters.

For Women Constable (Civil, AR)

Female candidates who are willing to appear for PET have to qualify for any of 2 events out of 3 events.

• 100 Meters Run Qualifying time is 20 seconds.
• Long Jump Qualifying Distance is 2.5 Meters.
• Short put (4 kgs) qualifying distance is 3.75 Meters.

TS SI Exam Pattern (Telangana SI Exam Pattern)

TS SI Exam Pattern Prelims- Preliminary Written Test (PWT)

1. All eligible candidates who have applied for various posts are required to appear for the Preliminary Written Test for 200 marks in one paper (three hours duration).
2. The questions in the written test are objective and are conducted in English, Telugu and Urdu.
3. Note: Minimum marks required by candidates to qualify for the Preliminary Written Examination in Paper are 40% for OCs, 35% for BCs and 30% for SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen.
