CONCOR MT and AO Exam on 21 November: What to Do Until Your Admit Card Arrives

Applied for a Management Trainee or Assistant Officer post at CONCOR? Mark 21 November 2026 on your calendar, because your Computer Based Test is on that Saturday. Your admit card has not come yet, though. The official page says it will be available “shortly”, without a date.

Please be careful with websites showing a download button right now. As of 3 November, CONCOR’s own page does not show one. You can follow other hall ticket news on our Admit Card page.

What Is New?

Two updates have come from CONCOR. The exam date is one, and the other is a small correction that is easy to miss. The notification first said each question would have five answer choices. A corrigendum (an official correction) now says four. Nothing else in the notification has changed.

Why does this matter? If you are practising with five-option mock tests, your exam will feel a little different. Try some four-option sets too.

What You Need Ready

CONCOR has not said which details the download page will ask for. So please look for your application confirmation now, and keep your registration number and password handy. You will not want to search your old emails when the link goes live.

Where Will the Link Appear?

CONCOR has not confirmed this. The best places to check are its Recruitment and Results page and the portal where you applied. Both are in the links table below. We suggest checking once a day from now on, as exam dates can come quickly.

When You Get Your Admit Card

Please check these things carefully. This is our own advice, not CONCOR’s:

  • Is your name spelt correctly?
  • Is your photo clear?
  • Is the post the one you applied for?
  • Do you know how to reach the centre?

If you can, visit the centre area a day early. It reduces stress on exam morning. Follow any instructions printed on the card, because CONCOR has not published separate exam-day rules yet.

Stuck? Here Is Who to Call

Your application portal lists a helpdesk. Please call 9594491568 or write to rectt.helpdesk@concorindia.com, Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm. Have your application details ready, because you will probably be asked for them.

How to Use the Next Few Weeks

The official PDF has a separate syllabus for different posts, so please read only yours. Here is how a couple of them look:

Post Some Areas in the Syllabus
MT (MIS) Programming, cyber security, AI, cloud computing
MT (P&A) HR planning, labour laws, compensation management
AO (C&O) Exim business, warehousing, rail and road operations
AO (Technical) Electrical, electronics, mechanical basics

General Knowledge, English and Reasoning appear in these papers too. We suggest finishing your weakest professional topic first, then taking timed practice tests in the last week.

Watch Out for Fake Offers

CONCOR has put up a public warning about recruitment fraud. Please do not pay anyone who promises you a job, and do not share your login details with anyone.
