SSC Junior Engineer Hall Ticket 2026: How to Find Your Exam Date and Centre

Your SSC JE Paper 1 hall ticket is ready, but please note that the exam dates changed. The new schedule has two parts, so your friend’s date may not be yours. The only way to know yours is to log in and check.

The first part began on 2 November 2026, so please do this right away. See other updates on our Admit Card page.

City Slip or Hall Ticket?

Students often mix these up, so here is the difference.

Document What It Tells You
City slip (from 23 October) Only the city of your exam
Hall ticket (from 30 October) Date, shift, reporting time and full centre address

You need the hall ticket to sit the exam. The city slip only helps you plan your travel.

What You Need to Log In

You only need your SSC login ID and password. These are the same ones you used when applying.

How to Get Your Hall Ticket

Step What to Do
1 Open ssc.gov.in and tap Login
2 Type your login ID and password
3 Open the admission certificate section for JE 2026
4 Pick Paper-I
5 Check it, save it and print it

What to Look At First

Please read your hall ticket slowly, as a small detail can make a big difference.

Check This Why
Exam date and shift You may be in the first or second part
Reporting time Being late can cause problems at the gate
Centre address It may be far from your home
Name, roll number and photo They must be yours and correct

Planning for Exam Day

Your hall ticket has the official rules, so read that page fully. We are not listing them here because we want you to follow your own document and not a general list.

Here are some friendly tips from us. Find the route on a map the day before. Keep your printed hall ticket in a folder, so it does not get crushed. Sleep early, and leave home with extra time.

If It Does Not Show Up

Problem Try This
Forgot your password Use the recovery option on the login page
No hall ticket yet You may be in the second part, so check closer to your date
Wrong details on it Contact SSC through the official website
Website is very slow Try early morning or late at night

These tips may help, but they cannot solve every problem.

What Comes After Paper 1

SSC will release further updates, such as answer keys and results, on its website. We do not have those dates yet. Keep your login details safe, as you will need them again.
