Are You a Fit?
You need an MBA or M.Sc, along with three years of working on or managing R&D projects. So general office experience alone may not be enough. In your form, show the R&D work you have supported, with names of projects or funding agencies.
What Is the Work Like?
You would be the person who keeps things moving: office work and records, official letters, helping with purchases and accounts, arranging logistics and meetings, and helping with project reports.
If you like order and coordination, this could suit you. It is also a good way to see how public health research runs from the inside. That is our view.
Selection and Exam Pattern
An interview on MS Teams is the main step, with no written exam mentioned. If too many people apply, screening rules may be tightened. You can talk in English or Hindi.
