If you send by post, please note that it must arrive by the second date. A courier booked on the 9th may not get there in time. So walking in with your papers is the safest choice if you live nearby.

Can You Apply?
- Degree: MSW, MBA or MHA.
- Experience: at least two years after that degree.
- Age: 40 or under, on 1 November 2026.
Did you apply in August under the earlier notice? Good news: you do not need to apply again.
What Counts as Experience?
Only proper experience certificates will do. Appointment letters, salary certificates and pay slips are not accepted in their place. If you do not have one yet, ask your former employer today.
How to Apply
- Open nhmtvm.com or arogyakeralam.gov.in, and find the Google Form.
- Fill it in with care, as an incomplete form gets rejected.
- Go to a bank, and make a DD for Rs. 350 in favour of “DHFWS-OTHERS TRIVANDRUM”.
- Print your form, and sign it.
- Put both in an envelope marked “Application for the post of Public Relations Officer”.
- Deliver or send it to the DPM Office, W&C Hospital Compound, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram – 14.
Selection Process
Your qualification, experience and performance in a written test or interview will all count. All updates come by email, so please give an address you check daily.
Exam Pattern or Merit Points
The Society has not shared a syllabus or marks split. To prepare, you could read about NHM’s programmes and think about how a hospital handles public questions and complaints. That is our suggestion, not an official list.
Life After Selection
The job can be at any institution in the district, not necessarily near your home. It is a temporary role, while the Mission runs. You also cannot claim a permanent post later. Still, it can be a good base for a career in health communication or hospital administration.

What if I only fill in the Google Form?
The notification also requires a signed printout and original DD, so finish both.
Can I send a copy of the DD?
No. The notification asks for the original.
Am I too old at 40?
The limit says not to exceed 40 years on 1 November 2026, so please check your date of birth.
Do I get travel money for the interview?
No. TA and DA are not paid.
