Wrote the MPPSC ADPO exam on 1 November? The provisional key is out, but it may look confusing at first. There is just one table for all four sets, and you need to know how to read it.
Do not worry, because it is simple once you see the pattern. You can find other keys on our Answer Key page.

Quick Details
| What | Details |
|---|---|
| Exam | Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer 2026 |
| Exam Held On | 1 November 2026 |
| Key Published | 2 November 2026 |
| Sets | A, B, C and D, all in one table |
| Objection Window | 5 days from when the link opens |
How to Download the Key
Please open the PDF from the links below. The first page is a notice in Hindi, and the key is on the second page. We suggest downloading it, because you will need to zoom in on the table.
Why Is the Table Like This?
In the exam, each set had the same questions in a different order. So one question has a different number in each set. The table lists all four numbers side by side, with one answer at the end.
Here is a real row from the key:
| Set A | Set B | Set C | Set D | Answer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 45 | 18 | 31 | 42 | D |
If you had Set B, your question 18 has the answer D. If you had Set D, that same question was number 42.
A Trick to Check Faster
The rows are not in number order for each set. So here is how we suggest doing it:
- Find your set’s column.
- Search for your question number in that column.
- Read across to the Answer column.
- Tick it if it matches.
Using the search option in your PDF reader may not work well here, as it can match other columns too. Going slowly will give you a better count.
What Is in the Paper?
The notice mentions two parts: General Studies and Law. Question numbers in the table go up to 150. It may help to count your two parts separately, so you can see where you did well.
The notice does not explain the marks. So please check your advertisement before you calculate a score, especially for negative marking.
Is This the Final Key?
No. It is a provisional key, which means answers may still change. Please do not treat your count as your result.
Want to Object? Get These Ready First
An objection needs proper proof. The commission asks for these details:
- Name of the reference book
- Author’s name
- The relevant page
- Year of publication
- Edition, or the document itself
You also have to pay a fee, and apply online within 5 days of the link opening. Late objections and letters will not be accepted. Since this is a law exam, a current edition of a standard book or the bare Act may be useful. That is our suggestion, not the commission’s rule.
When Do the 5 Days Start?
From the date the link becomes available on the website. The notice does not give a calendar date, so please check the MPPSC website every day until you see it. Keep your references ready before then.
What Comes Next?
The commission has not shared dates for the next stage. Please keep your admit card safe, and use this time to revise, as your preparation may still be useful.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the objection fee?
The notice says a prescribed fee applies but does not give the amount.
Can I object after 5 days?
No. The commission will not accept objections after that.
Is the exam result out?
No. This is only the provisional answer key.
